Mtn lack of service / customer care

<p>I recently tried to resolve a billing query with MTN. They did not always bother to get back to me and try and assist to resolve the problem. Also they appear to work in silos, resulting in one department not getting information from the other. My last e-mail to MTN was also ignored. Telkom or Vodacom are my preferred cellular providers going forward.</p>
