MTN - lack of service

MTN Northgate service is absolutely terrible. Whenever you go there, regards how many people are in the store, you wait an hour. Just to get them to block a phone takes 5 days. On the busiest of days, such as a Saturday, they only have 2 people assisting.

The ones behind the counter has no urgency, not willing to help and are incompitent.
