MTN lack of Service

We get our MTN service via the Ratho tower in Limpopo province. Up to 2018 we had perfect service then something changed. Today we can go without signal for up to 5 days. When we do get signal we are able to hear the other person but they can't hear us. Sometimes we are only able to send Whatsapp messages but not phone calls. From enquiries we've made it appears that batteries are being ****** and that the Ratho tower is being run on a generator. And sometimes the MTN guys run out of petrol!! The reasons/excuses are not are not acceptable. We are living in 2020. Countries around the world are light years ahead of South Africa in cellphone technology and service and MTN are leading the decline. There seems to be no will nor ability to rectify the issue. The lack of service is getting worse with every passing month. Do MTN intend running down the service until there is no communication left or do they have plans to be a proper service provider who actually deliver?
