MTN lack of response

This is the second review as MTN has not responded to the first one, which makes me think they just don’t care. Three SIM cards were added to my number with out my signature or knowledge. MTN debited me with an amount that was not for me even though I had contacted their ***** department who has not corresponded with the accounts department. They threatened to cut me off even though none of the above is my fault. I have since heard of at least 4 other people who have been ****med. Why are MTN doing nothing about this!’!
