MTN (lack of) Customer Services

MTN customer service 135 not working at all. There is no option to speak to an operator, nor does it gives me the option to actually solve my problem. I have contacted MTN via email and social media, and have phoned different numbers that is available. Not even the app is assisting me. How difficult can it be to change my banking details, MTN? This is appalling.
