MTN lack of customer service skills

When visiting the mtn store in Trade Route Mall today the store was supposed to open at 10:00 but after 10 the store doors were still closed. Upon me entering to ask why they were still closed, I was asked by mr Brandon Singh if I think I was right to walk into the store. Mind you I had every right as it was already after 10:00 and the trading hours clearly state that they open at 10:00. I walked out of the store having received no explanation nor apology just the worst attitude from two of the in store workers. Pathetic!!!!!!
