MTN Lack of customer service and lack of customer care

Came for an upgrade at MTN CRESTA (next to P&P), started the process at 11:45 at 13:30 and upgrade still not concluded as systems are slow and MTN H/O not answering calls made from store level … phone rings for 40 mins before answered then the call drops and another 40 mins … THE WORST SERVICE AT STORE LEVEL AND WORST SERVICE PROVIDER in town … Rating should not even be a 1 but unfortunately there was no zero option available
