MTN - lack of customer service and feedback

The below has now been dragging on form more than a week, and is supposed to be resolved in 24 hours I make use of the data sharing between MTN numbers, since I upgraded my account there has been issues and it doesn’t work consistently. I’m aware of the fact that you can’t share promotional data, but I have bought 1 GB of data and that is also not sharing. This has caused my daughter to be stranded at school as she can't contact me if training ends early. I have asked for daily feedback, but to no avail.
