MTN LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer care service is beyond pathetic! Getting through to the Call Center is odious, with long wait times and incorrect automated options. There turnaround time for replying to me-mails is, equally as bad. Overall a very frustrating experience trying to obtain assistance and solutions from customer care, as the buck is passed and you are sent from one agent/department to another. Their in store and online channels aren't in sync and it feels like the one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing!
