MTN lack of care

I have tried to migrate my MTN contract to prepaid and have sent over 15 emails to various departments at MTN, including detentions and complaints. The difficulty is that I am living overseas and not able to use the Mtn 083135 number. Other, than receiving an automated response and a request for information to verify me, I have been ignored.
