MTN LACK OF ASSISTANTS

Since last year Dec the tellers at both Cresta Center and Campus Square kept telling me that my daughters contract amount is on R0.00. I went back to check every month but the story was the same, suddenly last month when i went to check the account was in areas since December. Now I have to pay arrears that no one wants to take responsibility for, as no one can explain to me why and how this happened. Being in the stores DEC, JAN, FEB but the account was on R0.00 furthermore I go to MTN campus Square today to pay they load shedding as i ask Thandi the teller that let me stand until she finish her call on her cell phone (personal call)- when i asked more or less what time will the lights be on - I was told with boldness that she doesn't know she does not take note of things like that, she just endure. Need I say this was the 2nd encounter with this rude Thandi the first was she did not want to accept the cash but then the manager came and assisted me :( Im so amazed that people needs jobs and other can treat customers in such a manner and nothing gets done.....MTN MUST TAKE ALL THE STAFF BACK TO THE BASICS HONESTLY THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. Please help me resolve this matter as my daughter is in Dubai and she might have a problem coming home due to her over due account
