MTN lack in customer care

MTN. My husband by mistake deposited over R12000 into MTN account.After numerous calls and emails we still have not not got our money back. Everytime the say the complain is still open but a few weeks ago they asked for a bank account and proof that the money was mistakenly deposited into their account. Its going for 5 months and no progress.
