MTN l want my money back

I canceled my contract line on the 4th of Dec 2020 and on the 15th of Dec 2020 MTN debited my account. When l called was tossed to and from consultants, a guy by the name of Nhlahla extremely rude and again transferred me to another lady. After being on the phone for 1h30 mins l was then told to go to the branch, really. MTN take your customers very serious. I want my money and after being a loyal customer for 10years l am sorry to say goodbye MTN let me try Vodacom
