MTN Kyalami doesn't know how to Rica a sim card.

Bought a sim card and gave them all the rica documents. Of course the didn't rica the sim and now I can't activate it. MTN can't help on the phone and the shop does not have a phone number listed anywhere. Now I have to take time out of my day to go back to the shop because they are ***********!
