MTN KROONSTAD MISLEADING SCALY AND MISCHIEVOUS

One star is too much for the service ive received at MTN Kroonstad! I went to MTN for a contract, selected my contract and got approved for the specific contracts, i received my sim card for the contract. They told me ill have to wait for my contract phone. After waiting a while they informed me that due to some sort of bureau i cannot get a contract, however i only now qualify for a R300 ish phone!!! How can i be approved and then get told this it sounds too shady and to know its an international mobile network provider!!!! Ive always supported MTN and my family have contracts we will all cancell our contracts in the new year!!!!! Doing this before xmas is not cool!!!!! I was sooo excited as the manager said its approved now i need to get a nokia 330 for the amount the now decide to approve me for!!!!
