Mtn Kollonade staff doesnt want to help clients

MTN KOLLONADE STAFF DOESNT WANT TO HELP CLIENTS

The staff doesnt want to help people, went to upgrade on sat, after about 10 mins the sales lady told me i cant upgrade, need to come back on wednesday, that is my upgrade date, i told them that its 4 days early, they said sorry they cant help. The manager had an bad attitute and didnt even try to help. Done with mtn. Walked over to vodacom,got better service and a better deal.
