Mtn kollonade horrible service

Upgraded to a Honor 400 pro last week Wednesday, actually wanted a Samsung s25 ultra the staff at mtn kollonade advised the honor 400 pro is just as good and I will be saving money, following their advise(biggest mistake) i took their phone, Dont have it even a week and the phone is Lagging already, battery doesn't last, sometimes doesn't want to type horrible phone, Went in store after trying to call them for 2 days straight now to no answer just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do, call the customer care and they say they can cancel it for me, I drive back to the store to request it again to which they still say they cant, the manager just speaks half heartedly while busy on his phone ( no respect to customers)
