MTN knows nothing about customer service

I know that this review is probably going to be ignored by MTN just like the rest of customer complaints on this platform but whatever. Between MTN and the useless courier company called DSV, I don't know where or when I will be getting my order. As I sit here, DSV has never called me to rearrange as I am trying to cancel with MTN but no one knows the correct department to transfer or refer me to. It takes less than 5 minutes to take up this contract but a lifetime to get it.
