MTN Knowingly selling faulty devices

I had purchased a contract for a Sony M5 last year with MTN and the first device that I received was faulty.
MTN issued a replacement Sony M5, stating that the first batch from Sony was faulty and the new batch was fine, that the issue had been resolved. However the second device had the exact same problem and then MTN stated that the phones still had the issue that they knew about and Sony was recalling all of the phones.
I had then got a 3rd Sony M5 from MTN and that device also had an issue and I returned that one as well and stated that I wanted to cancel the contract because MTN cannot keep up their end of the contract and in fact are in breach of contract as MTN (and Sony) is/are selling a faulty device on a contract with the knowledge of the default, and continuing to do. It has been a month since returning the 3rd device and since then there has been no communication from the people involved at MTN and the contract has not been canceled as was agreed upon and no new device has been issued.
MTN can't even be trusted to cancel the contract as they stated. Everyone at MTN seems to be blatant ***** and ******, no wonder they owe billions in fines and overdue royalties.
