MTN Klipfontein - Pathetic

This store has the worst service in SA. If you can call it service at all. The representative sits with friends/family the whole day, everyday in front of her and clients must stand and wait until their conversation/lunch/whatever is over, then she might give you some attention.

The most rediculous excuse are given for any issue and if MTN's commitment are questioned, this lady shuts down stating that she feels offended and turns her back on you.

Pure incompetence are justified by denying a ,paid for,service.

Seems like this is the culture of this store.
