MTN - Kiss my business goodbye....

I have been trying since December to sort out two contracts and phones which I was assured were good quality, which when I received them I realised they were not what I was promised. Tried to return them in December, no answer on any of the company phones, eventually in January I dropped the phones off for return at MTN Shop in Wonderboom junction, from where they were dispatched and the LOST!!! So now I am still paying for both contracts and have NO PHONES!!! After many phone calls to MTN, being setn from pillar to post and eventually sending all the details to Isaac Mpofanamd [ MTN South Africa ] I still have no anwers, no phones and paying for two contracts which I never activate either!!! I currently have 5 contracts with MTN, as they expire I will move to a different service provider...
