Mtn killing my credit score, making me to Safey on my credit score

I have an account with Mtn and I’ve paid it long time ago but it’s still appearing on my score. This is affecting me I’ve been sending some emails for them to fix it. The account was fully paid. I even have a letter of payment. Can you please assist me cause this is affecting my credit score
