MTN Keywest Krugersdorp

We have a contact with MTN for many years. But as of this year we will no long support them. i renewed my contract in 2019 and got a SamsungA30. December 2019 the phone started giving problems, dropping calls and people can't hear me. I phoned MTN Keywest krugersdorp to report the problem, they told me to bring the phone in January 2020 because all factory's are closed. Since January up to date 29 October 2020 i have been sending my phone in to Samsung through MTN keywest krugersdorp four times this year to have it repaired. Samsung said they will have the phone replaced after the third time, which they didn't because they can't fine fault with the phone. The manager at MTN have experienced what the phone problem is because i phoned her from the phone and she couldn't hear me and the call dropped. In the year i had to phone all around between Samsung and MTN to fine out where my phone is and how far along is the repair. MTN Keywest krugersdorp NEVER phoned me once to inform me that my phone has returned to the store. I have lost all my air time that i had because i had to phone all over and hold on for ever for people to help me. I am paying for a MTN contract which i don't use or have a device. MTN can have a look on their system and they will see that we blocked the sim in January 2020. I have been using TELKOM for this whole year and a family members HUAWEI. The manager at MTN keywest krugersdorp doesn't seem to be giving a **** about my problem and doesn't over any advice or help. i have been dealing with so many people at Samsung because every time i have to speak to somebody else to find my phone and no one ever got back to me. I can show the Telkom airtime that i had to hold the line for Samsung and MTN. And MTN Keywest krugersdorp never answers their phone. i had to drive there to fine out if my phone is back from repairs. All my live i have supported Samsung and MTN but after this horrible experience and time waste and paying for a contract i don't have, i will never support MTN or Samsung ever again. Telkom and HUAWEI has given me more service this year than MTN or Samsung.
