Mtn Keywest customer service

I will never go to Mtn Keywest again. They have the worst service ever!! They are unwilling to provide basic quotations and help. I was there last week and a gentleman asked me "what do I want and if I am a customer? I work in retail and that is unacceptable! We have ordered 5 G wifi routers in 2022, but have not heard anything back from them and will probably never receive these routers. Please train your employees
