MTN Keywest

They over charged me R389 pm for the past few months I just come from MTN South Africa

I have a complaint about Mtn Keywest store I did a samsung trade in where by I traded my Huawei P40 in for a Samsung S23 plus with a FREE watch it was a mtn black friday deal in November 2023 Since then I've been over charged by mtn as they have been charging me for the watch R389pm whereby it was free I should be paying a subscription of R589 pm watch n phone included. Ok so mtn store the lady Tshepila Phetu was the one who assisted with my upgrade and trade in According to mtn she did not log in the trade in papers and mtn or samsung tradevdoes not have the phone I don't know where it is as it was given in to her to give for my trade. R9600 was supposed to be deducted from my mtn contract as a monthly discount which it never happened and hence mtn has not discounted me . Everyime I phoned she said she's working on it and don't call back she called me in the week to say it will be sorted but it's not Mtn wants to disconnect me for non payment...my debit border mandate has a set amount for mtn and even when they tried to debit it was over that mount which it would have not been if she did her job. I only realized it was not paid when they called me to cut my line but I was under the impression that she is dealing with them as not to cut my line because of her mishap. Now I go there the manager Tumi starts having a attitude I ask her if she is going to continue having a attitude or will she help me This woman screamed at me she said I can try wat I want and they can't help .even tho I told her mtn said they the store needs to fix it on their system The manager Tumi was very very very rude. I'm so upset I've even cried about this. When I call the store with the number I'm complain about they ignore my call if I call 2 seconds later with different number they answer. It's the worst experience I don't even live in Krugersdorp Randfontein couldn't do a trade in its a small store hence I went to keywest. Now this store stole me phone? I'm paying for something that was free So I don't know what to do pls help
