MTN Kenilworth centre branch in Cape Town

MTN Kenilworth centre in Cape Town charges. Me R150 for a sim which I cancelled after 6 days Soraya at MTN Kenilworth centre Cape Town takes the sim and when I called MTN I was advised that I was suppose to be refunded the sim charged. She tells me no but I was charged on two different machines to pay the R511 separately from sim cost of R150 ?

So what is that? Seems suspicious?

When I called MTN I was sent an email that I was supposed to be refunded but now Soraya at MTN Kenilworth is doing what she wants and she said I’m not suppose to be refunded after using it for only 6 days

But the email I received after complaining says I should be refunded.
