MTN Kenako Mall Bad Experience

My sister went to buy a phone at MTN Kenako Mall, Port Elizabeth, she was assisted by a guy who proceeded to show her different options, she had one in mind that she wanted (A Samsung). The guy showed her a Hisense telling her that one was better with better camera features. When she got home and actually opened up the phone she realized that it wasn't in fact better and it wasn't even the phone he showed her in the store. She went back to the store the very next day to exchange the phone for the one she was shown and they told her it cannot be done, the manager told her to come back the following Thursday when the guy who sold her the phone is in the branch. She went back Thursday only to then be told that not only is the guy still not there, the manager also conveniently went on leave.

This is disgusting behavior from the store, my sister is now sitting with a phone she doesn't like because someone misrepresented the truth to her so he can get the sale!! Suffice to say we do not recommend buying at this shop as clearly you cannot trust the word of their staff members.
