MTN Keeps taking money for a cancelled contract

This company seems to be *********** people, I cancelled my order once I received my package and returned the package within a week unopened.

The following month I was billed even though I had cancelled, Now I received an email "Just a friendly reminder that your MTN debit order of R 2261 will go off on 01-Aug-2022"

This to me is ***** as I cancelled yet they keep taking my money. I communicated with one of their consultants who assured me they are processing the cancelation and once the cancelation is completed, they will refund all monies owed to me. this was on the 4 July 2022. up till now I have received no further feedback from either Mondo or MTN, only now to remind me to pay. I was a great fan of MTN but never again.
