MTN keeps taking money after i cancelled my contract!

I have called MTN 6 times and have held for over 2 hours to cancel a contract. I have spoken to many different consultants and they have assured me that it is Cancelled. Until today they still charge me premiums and just wont cancel my contract! Dont take out a contract with MTN. Even after it expires they will still take your money !
