Mtn keeps suspending my service EVEN THOUGH I payed on time and sent through the proof of payment

Mtn keeps suspending my service EVEN THOUGH I payed on time and sent through the proof of payment. Further more, there's a so called team leader nozuko klass. She is SO UTTERLY USELESS. I sent an email to her with the proof of payment but she didn't bother acknowledging receipt of my email and resolving my query. As I'm sitting here my service is still SUSPENDED and NO ONE is responding to my emails. The call centre is also equally USELESS. They keep sending me from pillar to post. I'm SO LIVID 😡😡my account number is BA ***
