MTN KEEPS *****ING MY AIRTIME

MTN seems to be making a habit of *****ING from their customers and it very ******** of them to be doing such underhanded tactics so they can be able to make profit. Below is the sequence of events I have recently experienced:

On Monday (20th April 2015) I bought R30 airtime and made no more than 3 calls equating to less than 5 minutes, then my airtime disappeared.

Tuesday (21st April 2015) evening I bought R30 again and made 2 calls on Wednesday afternoon, both calls for less then 5 minutes in total. Once again my airtime was depleted..

Late Yesterday (22nd April 2015) I bought another R30 and made 2 calls for less then a minute. Check airtime afterwards, AGAIN AIRTIME WAS GONE.

During this entire time my data is above 400MB.

What makes things worse is that MTN seems to have intentionally removed all of their contact details that will enable one to interact with their call centre. HOW DO YOU SERVICE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU RESTRICT THEM FROM CALLING YOU? I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK!!!

#FAIL #POORCUSTOMERSERVICE #IRATECUSTOMER

Hello Geti,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the data bundle in question is the night express 400 MB, which came with the 1 GB bundle purchased on the 28-03-2015.

Best regards
Mantoa
