MTN keeps selling special deals after it expired
We were signed up for MTN's October double up data special on 31 October. When enquiring 3 days afterwards about the the data we received we were ensured by the MTN shop employee that we were signed up for the special and the data will be correct when we receive our new data on the 16th. Just to make double sure I logged a query on MyMTN on the 7th of November and I still haven't received any response on that query. When I checked the data on the 16th no surprise, the double up data wasn't loaded. The shop employee enquired from MTN and apparently they already reached the 2000 signups on the 15 October. When I asked him why did he sign us up for it after the special already expired and why didn't he tel us that we didn't qualify for the special deal when we first enquired, he rep**** that he didn't know it had already expired... He suggested I contact the call center. 11 days later, three reference numbers from 3 different call center personelle and not even a reply from anybody... And no correction on the data or cancelation of my contract as I requested if they can't sign us up for the special deal. And in the meantime they have the same special in November...
