MTN keeps moving goal post and it is annoying
I am very unhappy about how MTN moves goal post, when I signed 24 months contract for data and router, I only signed with MTN because they said midnight data is from midnight to 5:59am half way into the contract i receive an sms "TELLING ME" that night data will be from midnight to 4:59am, this is wrong in many ways coz those are not the T&C I signed for.

24 Apr 2020, 09:33good day Veronica, i feel like you guys are bullying us, and what interest me the most is you guys says if i am not satisfied i can cancel so basically you are guys do not try to negotiate with your customers instead ya'll tell them to either take it or leave it, i feel like it is a wrong business principle. can i have a reference number for my complain so i can take it up with Icasa coz ya'll are really bullying us. i think MTN is bitter that competition commission forced them to reduce the price so now they are trying to compensate themselves by reducing our night data. and interesting enough you people do it just after you were told to reduce price which shows bitterness and trying to recover the money you guys were making by charging us a lot. no wonder why Nigeria fined MTN $5.2 billion.
