MTN keeps harassing me with spam advertising despite opting out 3 times already
I receive frequent annoying SMS spam from MTN Yello. I've opted out 3 times already by sending STOP to 30246 and paying the relevant SMS charges, but I keep getting these irritating messages.
So MTN is basically charging me to NOT be harassed by them, but then keeps sending m messages anyway. This is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, which allows consumers to opt out of mass-communication spam.

I do so. However, as I receive them from different numbers, it's something of an uphill battle. How about instead of passing the responsibility onto me, you fix your opt out process so that your customers do not receive communications they don't want and have already opted out from.
