MTN keeps data users guessing.

MTN does not give accurate reporting on data usage in this app.

This constitutes *****. Users that have a data contract only, with a device unable to dial the USSN codes to enquire about available data are unable to view data balances in an accurate reporting system.

This app is only capable of showing data as used from 1st of a month to the 1st of the next. This means that customers that have contracts renewing on the 12th are unable to gain accurate monthly stats and effectively manage monthly spend.

This is a very clever tactic. Keeping customers in the dark, means they are: 1. Afraid of using the data available for fear of going over their monthly limit or for fear of running out of data. 2. Afraid of insane bills at the end of the month if they do go over their data limits. Resulting in a long process trying to reverse the funds that was taken ********ly. Funds which customers are forced to pay or risk blacklisting. Something that has happened to me and it is still not resolved for me)

This is a very nasty way of making sure MTN wins, no matter which reason the customer leans to.

This is a ********** way of dealing with customers and I will report MTN to the ombudsman at consumer protection act at the earliest convenience.
