MTN keeps billing me for unwanted subscription services.

Since early 2017 I've been subscribed to multiple content subscription services unknowingly and never seem to shake them.

The subscriptions will bill me for about a month or 2 without MTN notifying me about the subscription or include a description of it in my bill or when I go to pay my usual fee. I just receive an SMS out of the blue 1 to 3 months down the line stating that my internet services will be cut suspended if I don't pay my outstanding fees of X amount. Why don't the notify me that I have an unwanted subscription the first time I pay my monthly MTN fees to them ? Why do they let it accumulate a substantial amount (in the hundreds of Rands) and fail to notify me the first month?

I've called 808 multiple times and each time I've spoken to a call center agent they would unsubscribe me from the content services. I would ask them if I've been totally unsubscribed from ALL content services, by which they would reply "YES", "Your are completely unsubscribed from all content services." The last time I called 808 in 2017 was in November with the same problem as usual, and told them to unsubscribe me from all content services.

The most recent incident happened today on the 2/02/2018. I received a message from MTN around 9:10 am stating that I have to pay an amount of R 106.67 or they will suspend my Internet Service.

I already payed my MTN bill for February on the 11th of January. I called 808 immediately and spoke to the consultant who told me I had a content subscription from GAMELOFT and that the subscription has been running since OCTOBER 2017 at R3.00 p/day . I told her that the last time I called 808 I had all content subscriptions cancelled in November 2017 and that the consultant had told me that "ALL" content subscription services had been cancelled. I told her I also dial *141# to check if I have content subscriptions by which she told me that, " *141# does not pick up/see all content subscription linked to the account and that I should call 808 weekly to check and cancel content subscriptions."

I asked her to speak to a manager, by which she told me that, "They are all busy in a meeting." I then proceeded to ask her if a manager could call me back by which she answered, "They are dialing from a call center they "MAY/CAN"T call me back." I then proceeded to ask if there was someone else that could help me get rid of content subscriptions "permanently" by which she rep****, "There is no one that can help you with your problems regarding content subscriptions."

I'm sick and tired of this nonsense. I don't willfully subscribe to content services, why should I have to pay for them? I pay for my Internet subscription from MTN, why is there no one that can help me get rid of unwanted content subscriptions?
