MTN keeps billing me although my contract has ended. You ******.

I am so displeased with the appaling service I keep receiving from MTN. Cancelling a contract has been like an unending divorce battle. I call everyday to be assisted by consultants who don't know a damn thing. MTN consultants don't even know what pro rata means or how it's calculated. All you do is bill even when the contract has ended. Please give me a call on ***. I have just been talking to a good for nothing consultant Agnes Moeletsi who spent close to an hour explaining something that she eventually admitted herself that she doesn't know nor understand. MTN has stooped to a new level of LOW. I don't know if I should be disappointed or if I should be expecting it given the level of service I have received in the past 6 months.
