MTN keep on suspending my account

Good day, my MTN phone has again been suspended for an outstanding amount of R94, which was cancelled 2 months ago, but MTN keeps on suspending my phone, not able to contact anyone in an emergency. This R94 package was cancelled 2 months ago, but each month, MTN suspend my account due to this. Tried to phone ********** 808 but the lady was not prepared to try and help with this. Please. Please.. need my phone in an emergency but MTN does not sort this out on their side and struggle to get this unsuspended, every month. ********** 635
