MTN keep on dissapointing

<p>after my previouse complaints and MTN appology's I had internet and email for 1 day in the past 3 weeks the latest reason from MTN is that HUAWEI are bussy with repairs and updates on the tower close to me. However with this i day email I did received an outrages bill from MTN for data used even though their was problems with the Internet and email due to problems admitted by MTN and the fact that I was unable to go on line it seems that they sure do expect me to pay for the tower repairs or part of their fine they got from the Nigerian goverment. I did lock a complaint on the 23rd ref no ********** 63 and although i was promised that a superviser or manager will return my call I am still waiting!!!!! </p> <p>I miss the days of Altech Auto page in 10 years they nerver over billed me shut down towers or any other problem even with the 1 insedent in 10 years it was corrected and I had convermation before the call was ended not 3 weeks of complaints to un-companant staff and bills that sky rocket without even be able to use the service they bill you for</p>
