MTN keep *****ing money from my account !

I am having a serious problem with MTN. I paid up my contract phone in Jan 2021.

Bt since then they,ve been debiting money from my personal account every month. They say its a prepaid plan but i am not even using that number anymore.

I write emails,no one responds. I try block them on my account they come back to take more money. This is called theft and seriously,paying month in,month out for years for a product you are not even using is not fair.

I seriously want my refund for all these months that they are taking money from me when i am not using any of their products

I am so disappointed.
