MTN KE ****

MTN did me dirty,I called in for a new contract,got assisted and i was approved...they told me delivery would take 5-7 working days,i waited and waited,so i decided to call their online department and i wasted probably R200 on airtime and I was not assisted instead I was given a number to call iTalk since they sid an agent from iTalk is the one who sold me that phome and im like the agent said they are from MTN......So i decided go to MTN Branch in Maponya Mall,i was told that my contract was cancelled and on their system it says i took a sim card and im like i never took a sim card contract it was an iphone 13 that was sold to me and no one even told me that the contract was cancelled....3 weeks later i got an email from MTN saying that they gonna start deducting money from my account mind u i dont have the phone nor the damn sim card...I AM NOT GONNA PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DONT HAVE NOR USE...I'D RATHER BE BLACKLISTED....MTN ke ****,be careful people when u take contract with these people....Im ****in annoyed and angry #MTNMUSTFALL
