Mtn kathu village mall

Very poor service at the mtn kathu village mall branch. They have bad attitudes and each time just shows me away and then start talking to each other with no effort of helping and I've been struggeling for months now to cancel a product after reporting and calling and emailing often. Today someone on the phone assisted me from mondo to talk to those people and 5 minutes later they helped me and hopefully soon this issue will be resolved
