MTN Karaglen terrible service poor communication

MTN KARAGLEN-service worse than government departments. I paid my account on 31 July and they said they would email my receipt, I never received it .I then attempted to call they do not answer -i even emailed and they do not respond. On Tuesday 6 August they answered the call and *** promised to send me my receipt ,till now nothing received and they are once more not answering calls.
