MTN *** network!!!!

I have had my MTN cellphone number, since the first time I had a phone which was about which is about 15 years ago. I have been so loyal to the network, each time I buy a new phone, I do a sim swap to continue with the network. I know other networks aren’t perfect, but I am now opting to have fresh stressors but I just cant deal with MTN anymore. MTN is a *** network, airtime and data always disappearing on my phone. Today I was at home the whole day, and I was using WIFI (another provider) the whole time, as I try to make a call, all the airtime I had in the morning has disappeared. I called customer care, they said that the airtime deducted because I didnt have data on my phone.

First of all, I was within Wifi range WHOLE DAY, I did not require to use my cellphone data. Secondly! I removed the setting that depletes airtime when u dont have data, a very long time ago! I am sooo annoyed because this was an emergency call that I had to make
