MTN Just send sms you owe them money-no reason

My husband has had his contract for over a year, never was there any additional fee of R65.01 applicable what so ever, last week Thursday he received an sms, he owes MTN, his account has been paid fully up to date, and was this never a problem, suddenly his liable for this unknown charge..MTN suddenly suspends his account - just like that.<br> <br> I would like to know what on earth gives MTN the right to add charges to his account, just send an sms with no explanation what its for. This is utterly disgusting and **********.. Shame you, My husband cant even phone the *** - no service line for free, now how on earth does he fix this. I feel like swearing now that's the frustration I have - I expect MTN to fix this as soon as possible or phone me on ***. I did the power authority to solve this on his behalf a year ago when some one in the accounts department also made a mess of his account - I am getting gatvol of this, sis man!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!! He needs his phone for work, and will be taking desperate measures if this does not get sorted. Oh and ges what, my power of authority is also missing on your system..now can you handle that frustration!!
