MTN just ripped me off

I was lucky enough to have signed up for the MTN Black Friday deal from 2 years ago which gave me 50gb data and 10000 mtn to mtn minutes, as off last month MTN decided to change the billing date and day I was topped up from the 11th to the 27th.

After speaking to a consultant I was notified that the promotion was over and that I would be notified via sms if I would get my last months data.

I honestly believe MTN planned to top up everyone twice in 1 month so that they could end the contract early.

As a loyal customer of many years I believe ending a promotion this way is a total slap in the face of every customer.

Be honest with your customers and don’t use BS corporate tactics to cheat us.
