Can you not check your systems as its not right I must go out way for your incompetence.

Here are 3 proofs of payments according to below information not allocated. I'll get other 2 from bank as too old to give me online

Looks like my nedbank payments have not been allocated for 2020 but were allocated. I'll be going through everything

Problem is how do I get proofs of payments from years back
