Mtn just messes their clients around

I took out two contracts with mtn on the 05/05/2017 with insurance. I few months later a had a claim for one of the phones and had the run around because the IMEI number captured was not the same as the one on the phone so I sat without a phone for a while when I did not capture the wrong IMEI number MTN did. I now submitted another claim and now they want proof of insurance I took insurance with mtn why dont they have proof if its insurance with them!!!!!!!! Anyway I go to the cresta branch where I took out the contracts and they now say they dont have the proof of insurance they say they will email the proof to me which they have not done I call them and still I do not have the proof of insurance. I mean if I took out insurance with mtn and they dont have the proof of insurance then who must have the proof of insurance?????? Mtn takes my money every month for my contracts and insurance but dont have documents for this how the hell is this???? I would not advise my worse emery to take a contract or insurance with mtn because all they do is give you the run around yet take your money very nicely. Yet again I sit without a phone due to mtns mess ups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
