MTN just ****med me close to R2000 - You get zero star!!!

I recently got debited close to R2000 for something I don't know of. Beginning of June, I received a call from MTN stating that I'm currently paying more than I should have, and that she wants to help me pay less by transferring data & minutes to the number that I mostly use ***) I agreed after she clearly stated I won't pay a cent for this instead I will be paying less. Now pls tell me why MTN debited R1700? I just lost a child and this happens...the ****!!! And when I call MTN, guess what? No one hears me. Monday, Lindiwe Maseko claimed not to hear me, then cut the call. Today Siyabonga claimed he can't hear me (but I can hear him) ****en telling me to move around, maybe then he'd hear me, which I did move around like a craze person. Am I being ****med? Siyabonga said, I had to pay a Pro-Rata, what pro-rata my brother? I want my money back now. Keep your nonsense product, data & minutes, I don't want it anymore. Just pay me back my money so I can bury my child!!! Sies!!
