MTN JUST KNOWS HOW TO RUIN YOUR DAY

One star is one too many! I recently done my upgrade, agreed on a fantastic deal telephonically repeated the information to confirm the upgrade details more than once. Well the upgrade I agreed on was not received! I phoned to query, requested the recordings to confirm what was agreed - but no one is able to assist. I have spoken to 8 people with no success and or any feedback or answer. MTN definitely knows how to NOT brighten your day. Shocking services over all, absolutely now one wants to assist or deliver any form of customer service.
